There are 58 strategic partnerships under Horizon Europe – nine more have been added to the 49 existing ones as part of the new Strategic Plan (2025–2027). These partnerships are formed through collaboration between the EU and private and public organisations. In addition to Horizon Europe, they serve to implement a research and innovation programme in a specific thematic area.
