Special Advice for EU Proposals

Check out current reference documents: EU Funding & Tenders Portal > Guidance & documents > Reference documents > Templates & forms; Guidelines on the responsible use of generative AI

NCP-annotated application forms with suggestions are available for some HE funding lines in the EU-Toolbox (interrn).

Get help: If interested, we can put you in touch with agencies and mentors who have experience with proposals.

Check your proposal against the call text, the relevant sections of the respective work programme and the current  Evaluation Formular (HE RIA and IA), to ensure a high level of compatibility and increase your chances of success.

Take advantage of UHOH's internal seed funding (MWK-supported) for preparing large collaborative EU projects and ERC proposals. Click here for the application forms.

Phase 2: Project implementation

Start planning as soon as negotiations of the Grant Agreement have been concluded. Please arrange or book an appointment with the EU Competence Team (AW5 + EU-Office).

Take advantage of the EU Project Starter Pack and coaching webinars offered by AW5 ("My third-party funded project has been approved – help, what do I need to do?" >>> FIT catalogue)

For reportings and other activities in the context of EU projects, please use the latest templates/documents: EU Funding & Tenders Portal > Guidance & documents > Reference documents

Exchange with more experienced EU project managers: every first Monday of the month.

Please inform the EU Competence Team if you expect any deviations from the original work plan be expected with regard to the project duration or budget, or if you anticipate requiring additional input or audits.

Phase 3: Project Closure & Reporting

Plan closing events and final reports well in advance so that the information and perspectives of all partners and stakeholders can be considered and the project's goals be achieved in the best possible way.

Always use the current templates provided at the EU Funding & Tenders Portals > Guidance & documents > Reference documents.

Involve the Hohenheim Press Department (Communication and Social Media) for wider and professional outreach and dissemination.
