MSCA - Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions were established as European mobility initiatives with the aim of strengthening the next generation of researchers in Europe in both qualitative and quantitative terms, i.e. to promote individual career development towards becoming innovative researchers. Mobility plays a central role in this: international, interdisciplinary and intersectoral research is promoted, thereby expanding individual research skills and achieving institutional structuring effects.
